Modality of the dynamic 3D genome organization in hydrodynamic interactions
This study will theoretically clarify the role of hydrodynamic interactions on the dynamic nature of 3D genome organization deciphered from Hi-C data, using our PHi-C and microrheology analysis methods for Hi-C data.
